The fastest way to get good at Ableton is knowing the shortcuts cold. The fastest way to learn shortcuts is rote drilling. So I made Shortcut Hero, a Guitar Hero-style game for Ableton Live keyboard shortcuts.

Shortcuts fall down the track. Hit the right combo before the timer hits zero. Build a streak, level up, repeat.

Modes

Three difficulties: Learn shows the keys, Challenge hides them, Ultra gives you 2 seconds and 2× points. 100+ shortcuts across 10 levels, from “Select All” up to the warp and automation stuff you only half-remember.

Mac & Windows

Detects your platform on load and swaps between ⌘⌥⇧⌃ and Ctrl+Alt+Shift. Browser shortcuts are blocked during play so ⌘W doesn’t close the tab mid-streak.
